Dr. Rafina Evans, DNP
Dr. Rafina Evans (née Rahim) is a dual-board-certified Nurse Practitioner, accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). As a provider in the field of medical aesthetics and Co-Founder of RaDia Beauty Lab, she combines artistry, expertise, and personalized care to help patients achieve natural, radiant results.
With over 12 years of medical experience, Dr. Evans has dedicated her career to advancing the field of medical aesthetics, specializing in non-surgical treatments such as dermal fillers and injectables. Her passion lies in helping patients look and feel their best through customized treatment plans that enhance natural beauty and build confidence.
Dr. Evans earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from the University of Florida, where her capstone project focused on optimizing dermal filler administration using evidence-based quality improvement methodologies. This work highlights her deep commitment to innovation and excellence in medical aesthetics.
Equally passionate about teaching and learning, Dr. Evans finds joy in mentoring and training other injectors to elevate the standards of care in the aesthetics industry. She actively pursues advanced education by staying current with industry trends, attending conferences, and participating in cadaver courses to refine her skills and remain at the forefront of the field.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Evans enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and friends, and empowering others to embrace their unique beauty. She believes in promoting overall wellness and building beauty from within, creating a holistic approach to confidence and self-care.
Diana Lopez
ARNP-BC
Diana Lopez is a bilingual, dual board-certified Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with 17 years of clinical experience including working in the pediatric cardiac ICU, with the last 11 of those years being in Aesthetic Medicine. Diana graduated from the University of Miami with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and obtained her Masters degree in Nursing from Florida International University. She has a Post Masters Degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
She has a background in intensive care, but later found her calling in aesthetic medicine. Diana’s experience allows her to incorporate multiple treatment modalities to achieve the most natural aesthetic goal for her patients.

Diana founded RaDia Beauty Lab because she is passionate about integrative health, helping others feel their best. She loves traveling and enjoys spending time with her family and her adorable new son, Luke and her dog, Frida.
Currently, Diana’s favorite treatment is PRF injections. Diana loves being able to help her clients feel good about themselves and develop a partnership to achieve the best treatment outcome. She values education and always stays up to date with injection techniques to offer her clients an outstanding and safe result. She specializes in microneedling, body contouring such as Sculptra BBL and fat dissolving injections, PRF injections, dermal fillers and wrinkle relaxer treatments.
